Global Xi’an Center Residential Unit A, Xi’an
In a city where “tasteful” usually means beige, beige, and a little more beige, StudioGlam drops a 400-square-meter manifesto of colour, wit, and unapologetic personality — a fantasy apartment that refuses to behave. Here, tradition isn’t repeated; it’s teased, twisted, and turned into couture-grade décor theatre.
The dining room sets the tone: glossy Sorrento-orange cabinetry, a marble island caged in gold wire like a runaway sculpture, and a flock of porcelain birds presiding over a dinner table that looks permanently ready for a decadent after-party. Overhead, a chandelier drips light like champagne bubbles — StudioGlam never whispers.
Slide into the study and the mood shifts again: ombré curtains melt from gold to plum, a lipstick-red desk stands like a diva centre-stage, and a globe lamp glows as if plotting its next scandal. Everything feels curated, but with a wicked grin.
The living room expands into a cinematic lounge of cowhide, lacquered red trays, cobalt busts, and couture-patterned cushions — a loungescape that could belong to a fashion editor who collects lovers, not furniture. Xian has never seen colour-blocking this confident.
And then comes the entrance: electric turquoise paneling, terracotta walls, and a toppled Greco-Roman bust lying on a black-and-white marble floor like a delicious crime scene. It’s surreal, theatrical, and just the right amount of naughty — a tongue-in-cheek nod to old-world grandeur having a very modern fall.
This mock-up room has been called “大胆,” “有趣,” even “疯了” — and yes, that’s exactly the point. It’s a home that laughs, flirts, and seduces, proving that contemporary Chinese luxury doesn’t need to be polite. It just needs attitude.
Welcome to StudioGlam’s Xian: a flat that behaves like fashion, poses like art, and lives like a party.
